What to Expect

Vida Wellness is located in the heart of the Hollywood district in North East Portland on the corner of NE Tillamook Street and NE 43rd.  Feel free to park in our parking lot located just behind our building.

Our studio will welcome you into a warmly decorated space with attention to detail and plenty of thriving plant life.  The decor is simple, soothing and welcoming. 

Our treatment rooms are cozy, decorated with simple and  carefully thought out decor. 

Our massage tables are equipped with heating pads to ensure your comfort and are set to your specific liking.  We use environmentally safe odorless detergent on our comfortable clean sheets and blankets. 

Your Massage Therapist will spend some time getting to know what you are seeking from today's treatment. Using their individual skillset they will create an action plan based on your needs.

You are welcomed to select from our small batch medicinal herb infused massage oils .  Choose from Lavender, Mugwort + Arnica.  Using Folk Medicine techniques we infuse our massage oil with medicinal herbs to help you attain the state of wellness you are here for.  These are included. We also offer organic coconut oil and jojoba oil for those who prefer no scents.

Your session is about you.  And though your Massage Therapist will check in to ensure accuracy of pressure and a reminder to breathe into the work, we invite you to speak up for your needs.  We are here to serve you and appreciate your feedback!

At the end of your session take some time to get off the table and back into the space.  Your Massage Therapist will be happy to offer at-home self-care to help you continue on your unique path to wellness.  We realize that wellness is a continuous process and we want to be your ally in that on or off our table.
